Luxury e-commerce brand, The Modist has closed down, following the economic down-turn due to COVID-19.
The three-year-old UAE-grown brand shared a post to Instagram, that it will be closing its virtual doors.
The post was shared on the weekend, citing the recent global crisis as the reason the business has been unable to survive.

The company was founded in 2017 by Ghizlan Guenez, and retailed high-end and luxury pieces.
