Robo Girl, Mermaid, and Maize all gave their first performances during episode four of the hit FOX singing competition series on Wednesday night (October 12).

Singer Kimberley Walsh appeared on ITV This Morning on Monday following her elimination from The Masked Dancer over the weekend, when she was revealed as the character of Odd Socks. The mum of three joined hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary to talk about her time on the show and revealed the reason why she chose to take part in the Saturday night programme.
Odd Socks is the second character to be unveiled on The Masked Dancer 2022, following Sea Slug's elimination. After panellists Jonathan Ross, Oti Mabuse, Davina McCall, Peter Crouch and guest panellist John Bishop, deliberated – they decided to boot Odd Socks, unmasking the character as Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh. As host Joel Dommett revealed there had been a Girls Aloud nod in every single clue package, Kimberley, 40, said: “I did this for my kids, they love this show.They have no idea." She continued: "I had to pick Odd Socks, I’m a mum of three boys, that’s my life.” Fans were quick to comment as one person wrote: "OMG Kimberley Walsh! Never had guessed that! Thought it was a soap star! #MaskedDancerUK #MaskedDancer #GirlsAloud".
