Two soap stars are leading a brand new original Channel 5 drama, which begins tonight (Monday September 4).
Former Coronation Street actor Rob James-Collier and former Emmerdale actress Gaynor Faye star play a brother and sister whose lives are turned upside down following the death of their father. Lost in Austen actress Jemima Rooper is their other sibling, who is also dealing with the sad aftermath.
When their dad's will reveals that everything, including the family home, is bequeathed to a woman they’ve never encountered, siblings Daniel, Sian and Chloe set out to uncover whether his death was in fact an accident as they’ve been told or a sinister murder. Long-buried secrets, lies and betrayals ensue will be uncovered.

The first episode of The Inheritance airs on Channel 5 on Monday, September 4. There are four episodes altogether, and they will air at 9pm on consecutive Mondays, with the conclusion dropping on September 25.
