Prime Video has set September 1 for the Season 2 premiere of fantasy epic series The Wheel of Time. We’re also getting a first look at the second season in some new images released today.

McKinley Franklin editor Max has revealed the rollout plans for its four original documentary specials narrated by Morgan Freeman in honor of Warner Bros.’ 100th anniversary.  The first two specials will make their debut at Cannes on May 24 as 2023 Official Cannes Classics Selections, followed by a May 25 debut on Max. The remaining two specials will be available to stream on Max on June 1.  The “100 Years of Warner Bros.” docuseries pays homage to the output of Warner Bros. over the past century. Featuring interviews with directors, actors, executives, journalists and historians, the specials highlight everything from the studios’ early beginnings to its presence in the modern day. 

Marvel‘s hit Disney+ series Loki has finally received a release date.Per a Variety report, Marvel studio chief Kevin Feige announced yesterday (May 16) that Loki is set to return for its season premiere on October 6.

James Cameron‘s Avatar: The Way of Water will soon be making its way to both Disney+ and Max (formerly HBO Max) following a historic run in theaters. “Heels” returns for season two on Friday, July 28 at midnight (ET) on the Starz app. Starring Stephen Amell (“Arrow”) and Alexander Ludwig (“Vikings”), the small-town drama series based on a wrestling league in rural Georgia will also debut on linear on Starz at 10:00 PM ET/PT in the US and Canada on Friday, July 28.

Danny McBride’s absurdist megachurch comedy returns for Season 3 on June 18, as “The Righteous Gemstones” unveiled the first trailer for its next installment. The high-octane teaser clip features monster trucks, high-speed racing and none other than Steve Zahn, who appears to play a well-dressed rival to Jesse, Judy and Kelvin Gemstone (played respectively by McBride, Edi Patterson and Adam DeVine). John Goodman also stars as the Gemstone family patriarch, alongside series regulars Cassidy Freeman, Tim Baltz, Tony Cavalero and Walton Goggins. The official Season 3 logline from HBO reads, “When the spoiled Gemstone children finally get their wish to take control of the Church, they discover leadership is harder than they imagined and that their extravagant lifestyle comes with a heavy price.”

Project Runway is celebrating 20 years of the reality competition series with an “All-Stars” edition set to premiere on Thursday, June 15 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. The network announced that the premiere will be two parts and you can watch a preview of the upcoming season in the video posted above.

The Bear will return for its second season on Thursday, June 22, FX announced today. All 10 episodes of the hit dark comedy will be available for streaming exclusively on Hulu. Details regarding Gordon’s character remain under wraps, though FX confirms it is a key recurring role. The series stars Jeremy Allen White as Carmen Berzatto, an elite, Noma-trained chef who returns to Chicago to run his family’s failing sandwich shop after his older brother, Michael (Jon Bernthal), dies by suicide. The cast also includes Ayo Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas and Edwin Lee Gibson as well as Matty Matheson, who co-produces the series.
