A busker has been fined after being caught breaching the coronavirus lockdown rules three times when he was spotted by the police playing the saxophone in Manchester.
Lorii-viorel Romenci, 52, was spotted once in April and twice in May when he was playing the brass instrument with a hand out in front of him in the city centre.
Officers spoke to him and told him twice that busking was not a reasonable excuse to be outside during the pandemic and told him to return home, Manchester Magistrates
