Emergency services rushed to the accident on King Street in Stenhousemuir shortly after 8am on Fridy morning.
Two cars are believed to have been involved in the smash.
A 19-year-old has been taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
The extent of her injuries are currently not known.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers received reports of a two-car crash on King Street in Stenhousemuir around 8.10am on Friday, 29 April, 2022.
"The 19-year-old female driver of one of the cars was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital as a precaution."
