Strictly Come Dancing 2022 is just around the corner, with the highly anticipated first live show scheduled to air on Saturday 24 September. A fresh batch of celebrities are set to compete for the iconic Glitterball trophy on the hit BBC One show, with the likes of Will Mellor, Kym Marsh, Helen Skelton, Matt Goss and James Bye all gearing up to show off their dancing skills.
Also preparing to get his dancing shoes on is wildlife cameraman and CBeebies star Hamza Yassin, 32, who is best known for appearing on shows such as Countryfile, Animal Park and The One Show. He also fronts his own show, Let's Go For A Walk, on CBeebies, where he's best known as Ranger Hamza.
Hamza fronted Channel 4 documentary series Scotland: My Life in the Wild in 2020, and the following year he hosted Scotland: Escape to the Wilderness. Despite finding fame on TV and being a well-known face to many people, Hamza has managed to keep his private life out of the spotlight, so not much is known about him outside of his work.
It remains unknown if Hamza has a partner or children, but has previously shared snaps of his adorable nephews and nieces on Instagram when he proudly showed off his children's book, also titled Let's Go For A Walk.
