Strictly's Dianne Buswell says boyfriend Joe Sugg pushed her to do BBC's Freeze the Fear after almost quitting the day before filming

A brand new series is starting on BBC One on Tuesday night (April 12) which will see eight celebrities step out of their comfort zones in a series of daunting challenges designed to push their minds and bodies to the limit.
Fronted by This Morning's Holly Willoughby and comedian Lee Mack, Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof is a six part series where 'The Ice Man' will guide the famous faces on a journey to feeling "feeling happier, healthier and stronger".
Among the celebrities taking part is Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Dianne Buswell, who appeared on Lorraine on Tuesday morning to tell Christine Lampard, who is stepping in for Lorraine Kelly, exactly what the life-changing experience was like.

Filmed in the Italian mountains in sub-zero conditions, Dianne said that she almost quit the show just a day before filming if it wasn't for her boyfriend Joe Sugg, who she was paired with on Strictly in 2018.
"It was the day before and I told Joe that I was thinking about calling them up and not doing it, but he said 'no you can't'. He really wanted me to do this he was like 'this is so up your street you're going to love it'. But when I asked if he'd do it he said 'absolutely not'," Dianne told Christine.
"He was my biggest support and was so so proud of me. He came and watched the first episode with me and he sat next to me with a few tears in his eyes, he was very proud."
