Strictly Come Dancing 2019 judge Motsi Mabuse was left in tears as her sister Oti Mabuse won the series with Kelvin Fletcher. Kelvin and Oti burst into tears, as hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman crowned them the winners.
