Strictly Come Dancing's Luba Mushtuk supported as she celebrates huge milestone

Strictly Come Dancing star Luba Mushtuk was supported by fellow dancing stars as she celebrated becoming a British citizen. The dancer, who was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia joined the cast of Strictly in 2018.
She was partnered with Emmerdale star Adam Thomas for the current season. The pair made their way to the seventh week of the competition before being eliminated in a dance off against Angela Rippon and Kai Widdrington on Saturday, 4 November.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday (November 21), Luba shared two photos of herself at Camden Town Hall, proudly clutching her official documents. She captioned the post: "She is a British Citizen. Special," alongside three Union Jack flags.

Luba glowed in the photos, wearing a smart black turtle neck jumper and long coat, paired with heeled boots and jeans. Her Strictly co-stars rushed to offer their congratulations, as head judge Shirley Ballas penned: "Huge congratulations," with a red heart emoji. Fellow pro dancer Karen Hauer said: "Congratulations!!! yay!" and Lauren Oakley said: "Yayayayayyyyy!!!"
Former Strictly star and BBC news presenter Mike Bushell said: "Wow this is brilliant news Luba. Huge congratulations (first partner ). Fab [red heart emoji]." It takes Two host Fleur East said: "Wooo! Congrats!!"
Zara McDermott commented a row of red heart emojis, as did Helen Skelton, and ITV's Lorraine Kelly said: "Congrats! Delighted to have you !"
