Strictly Come Dancing winner Rose Ayling-Ellis has revealed her next career move after quitting EastEnders. Earlier this month the actress announced that she will leave the BBC One soap after two years of playing Frankie Lewis.

Strictly Come Dancing added another name to its lineup this week as it welcomed actor James Bye to the class of 2022. The star is most famous for his role as the iconic Martin Fowler in the BBC's EastEnders.
James is the 14th star confirmed for the new series of the dancing competition, with former X Factor star Fleur East and Countryfile presenter Hamza Yassin announced just days previously.
There is one more slot to fill to complete the 15-strong dancing contingent, with The Sun reporting that presenter Helen Skelton is pipped to fill the slot. It comes after Carol Vorderman let slip Helen's secret during her turn filling in for Lorraine Kelly.

Soap star James first appeared in Albert Square back in 2014 and he has played Martin ever since. He has been nominated for several British Soap awards for his portrayal, taking one gong home for best storyline in 2016.
Speaking on the news of his reveal, James said: "I’m not known for my shimmy or my twinkle toes - in fact my kids regularly laugh at my dad dancing but it’s an honour to be asked and I’m going to give it my best shot. There are some huge dance shoes to fill and it’s truly exciting to follow in the footsteps of some amazing EastEnders talent. I’d love to do everyone proud.”
And his fellow co-stars have come out in support of the star, with last year's winner Rose Ayling-Ellis - who plays Frankie Lewis on the same soap - saying: "Can't wait to watch you!!! Very exciting!"
