EXCLUSIVE: Spotify has struck a podcast deal with Audity, the audio division of Steve Michaels’ Asylum Entertainment Group. This comes as the nascent company hires former Legendary Digital Networks exec Frank Hajdu to oversee its audio slate.
The deal will see Audity, which launched last year, produces podcasts across all scripted and unscripted genres for the subscription service. It is Spotify’s latest move to ramp up its podcast arm,

In the first head-to-head NFL championship game between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers, the Midwest team came out on top, winning Super Bowl 2020 by the score of 31-20 on Sunday.The win followed a mostly tight game, where the teams entered the halftime show tied 10-10. The 49ers were the first to score with a field goal after winning the coin toss, but the Chiefs responded with a touchdown at the end of the first quarter and a field goal at the top of the second.

The Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers are set to face each other in the 54th NFL Super Bowl next month.
The San Francisco International Film Festival, known as SFFilm, named Anne Lai as its new executive director on Tuesday. She is the first woman of color to hold the title.Lai, who is currently at the Sundance Institute as director of creative producing and artist support, will start her new role on March 11, ahead of the 63rd SFFilm festival kickoff on April 8.
