The Snoop Dogg Passport Series is touted as the first “evolving digital tour collectible,” priced at about $45 or 0.025 ETH (Ethereum cryptocurrency) available on snooppassport.xyz. The Passport NFT will provide ongoing behind-the-scenes video and images uploaded by Snoop and his team. In tandem with his summer tour kickoff on July 7, Snoop will also unveil Snoop Selects, a curated collection of works from select NFT artists that will be dropped for free to all Passport holders. The Writers’ Guild of Great Britain is inviting members to join a major June 14 protest for the U.S. writers strike, which has passed its first month. The protest is part of the Global Day of Solidarity, which is organized by the International Affiliation of Writers Guilds and the Federation of Screenwriters in Europe, of which WGGB is a member. WGA members, as well as members of the Federation of Entertainment Unions, will be joining the protest, according to the WGGB.

Charna Flam Snoop Dogg’s summer concerts celebrating the 30th anniversary of his debut studio album, “Doggystyle,” have been postponed. Originally scheduled for June 27 and June 28 at the Hollywood Bowl, the shows have now been pushed back to Oct. 20 and 21. The rapper made the announcement via Instagram, informing fans and followers in a video. “Hollywood Bowl! June 26 and 27, we gotta move that date! Me and Dr. Dre, we stand in solidarity with the writers, so what we’re gonna do, we gonna push it back to Oct. 20 and Oct. 21.” The post was accompanied by the caption, “Due to the ongoing WGA strike and the DGA and SAG/AFTRA negotiations, we have decided to postpone the shows scheduled for June 27 and June 28 at the Hollywood Bowl.”
