A sleep expert has shared the best ways to doze off in the hot weather, including a rather unusual method.
As Scotland looks to be over its short period of scorching weather, many of us will be looking out the raincoats and warmer clothing to prepare for the autumn and winter ahead.
However, others will still be counting down the days until they jet off somewhere sunny to enjoy the warm temperatures.
Going from cold weather to extreme heats can bring its own set of challenges, especially when it comes to getting a good night’s sleep.
