A speeding driver is to be reported for driving without insurance - despite his sister adding him to her car's policy AFTER he was pulled over by police.
The silver Range Rover Evoque has also been seized following after it was stopped in Salford earlier today (Tuesday).
Police said they pulled the car over as it had been travelling at 47mph on Manchester Road in Swinton, where the limit is 30mph.

A fraudster has avoided jail after selling a stolen car over Autotrader to an unwitting man for over £12,000.
