Sheridan Smith has been wowing fans with her latest transformation while she also opened up about her new health diagnosis. The actress and West End star has revealed that she’s been recently been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, better known as ADHD.

Sheridan Smith has revealed that she has been diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 42 and says she is now able to "make sense" of a lot of things in her life.The Mrs Biggs actress, 42, received her diagnosis earlier this year and admitted that it explains why she has a lot of "brain background noise." The mum-of-one, who is set to make her West End return, also began seeing a therapist which is something she wished she'd done sooner. Sheridan described how she was constantly "overanalysing" little things as she opened up about her mental health.
