A Scots grandad lived off a diet of just tap water for eight days as he lay on the floor after suffering a stroke inside his Thailand holiday apartment.
Bill Gunn had left his home in Dunbar on January 16 to explore Thailand by himself for around two months.
Disaster struck for the 64-year-old after he took unwell suddenly inside his apartment just over a month into his trip.
His family back home grew extremely concerned for his wellbeing as they were unable to get in contact with him.
