The estranged husband of Scots EuroMillions winner Gillian Bayford has allegedly told pals he might still try for a slice of her £148m fortune despite signing a prenup.
Convicted fraudster Brian Deans, 43, married Gillian, 51, after her split with her first husband Adrian, who she scooped one of the lottery's biggest ever jackpots with back in 2012.
Gillian and Brian, who share a four-year-old daughter, have since separated but it has been reported he still hopes of cashing in.
The pair both signed a prenup ahead of their lavish 2018 wedding in St Andrews, but the publican is reported to have told a pal he "wasn't sure how watertight" the agreement was. It is claimed the couple split earlier this year after "a lot of dramas".
They met after Gillian moved back to Scotland following the end of her marriage to Adrian, Brian was living in a flat in Dundee at the time, and had a previous conviction from 2012 for swindling £13,500 from Tesco, and had served six months in prison.
Despite this, Gillian said at the time of their wedding: "Everyone has a past but you can't live in the past. You've got to move on." But since the marriage ended, Brian has said he was "glad to be out of it".
He told a friend, as reported by MailOnline : "To say I've spent her money and used her as a cashpoint is just nonsense, it wasn't like that at all."
He alleged Gillian spent £40,000 on a trip to Qatar for the 2022 World Cup semi-finals after he "casually mentioned" wanting to go.
Brian, 43, from Auchterarder, Perthshire, reportedly told a pal: "We signed the prenup before we married and we've signed the separation agreement and our daughter spends half the week with me and the rest with Gillian but when it comes to a divorce I just don't know what
