Sam Faiers has revealed that she considered buying an adult potty by her bed, but admitted that her older sister Billie Shepherd talked her out of it. Sam, 32, and Billie, 33, appeared together on former I'm A Celebrity winner Giovanna Fletcher's podcast, Happy Mum Happy Baby, where they discussed motherhood - and they did not hold back on the details.
Mother of three, Sam, spoke about how she was constantly going to the toilet when pregnant with her third child, Edward, who she gave birth to in May last year, leaving her contemplating buying an adult potty to put by her bed so she didn't have to keep visiting the bathroom in the night. Sam, who also shares seven-year-old son Paul Jr and daughter Rosie, five, with partner Paul Knightley, said: "Honestly with Edward, I got more sleep when Edward was here than when I was pregnant.
I was going to the toilet, in the end, it felt like every 15 minutes. It was horrendous.
"I even said to Billie, 'I feel like putting a potty next to the bed'." Billie, who recently gave birth to her own third child, daughter Margot, then said: "She was considering it. I went, 'I’m sorry but I draw the line with that, I don’t think you should do that.'" Sam went on to give her reasoning for the potty consideration, as she said: "You know when you get up and walk across the landing and actually go to the toilet, it wakes you up." She continued: "I was like, 'If I could just roll out of bed and sit on an adult potty…'" The former TOWIE star then shared that the regular toilet trips stopped as soon as Edward was born, saying it was like "heaven" as she had "got my bladder back".
