Sainsbury’s new SS24 pyjamas are having a moment online.
They’ve gone viral on TikTok with shoppers loving the bold, maximalist prints and designs. Ever since Covid, our stay-at-home outfits have really elevated and these vibrant pyjamas are perfect for upgrading our night-time looks. From abstract prints to Grecian ikat designs and croissant motifs, there are so many options to choose from.
Starting from £20, there’s a huge range of fun printed sets, with some even coming with a matching scrunchie.
TU has said their best-selling sets so far have been the Bright Tiger Palm Print, £20 here. Mini-me versions are also available so you can match with your little one. Alongside this, their Abstract Bright Stripe PJs, also £20 here, have been massive sellers.
These pyjamas are ideal for the upcoming springtime, featuring bold pink, green and blue stripes.
As with most things nowadays, the reason for these supermarket PJs surge in popularity is due to them having a viral moment on TikTok. One user @brookelouannerogers posted a video looking for the ultimate spring pyjamas, showcasing the amazing sets from Sainsbury’s. One comment said, “Love this! Pjs = the way to my heart hahaha”.
Another TikToker named @lucymwarren received a lot of love on her new-in at Sainsbury’s video. Viewers seemed to be particularly obsessed with the croissant print PJs, with one user writing, “No why didn’t my Sainsbury’s have the croissant ones” and a second writing, “Omg NEED them” in reference to the pastry printed sets. The croissant sets have since appeared online for £20 here, but have proved to be hugely popular, already selling out.
