Paul Cattermole, the S Club 7 star who has died at the age of 46, made a heartbreakingly kind gesture after an appearance on Loose Women, which saw him candidly speak about his money struggles.
Back in 2018, when Paul was asked to appear as a guest on the ITV talk show, he didn't have enough money to pay for a new outfit to wear. Keen to have the popstar join them on the show, Loose Women bosses gave him a smart black long-sleeved top to wear during his interview.
They expected that the singer would keep the shirt, but Paul kindly decided to leave it behind in his dressing room - and took to Twitter afterwards to explain that he didn't want anyone to think he was stealing it, the Mirror reports.

He sent a message to the show's official account, saying: "Thanks to all the Ladies @loosewomen thanks for being so nice. I left the shirt in the dressing room. Just in case you though I had pilfered it."
In an emotional interview with the panel, the singer opened up about his serious money troubles. Asked whether any family members had helped him out financially, he insisted that his "mum has helped in a big way this year".
He also said that he was very keen to dip his toe into reality TV, citing Dancing On Ice and I'm A Celeb as examples, but quipped: "For some reason they don't want me".
Fans rushed to tell Paul how brave he had been in speaking about how little money he had after the success of S Club 7. One told him: "I Was so moved by your interview. Such a brave thing to do. It must have been so difficult for you."
