Julianne Hough said this week that when she dated former "Live" host Ryan Seacrest more than a decade ago, he introduced her to the world of fine wine.  "When I was 21, I actually ended up dating your former host, and he's very much into wine," the professional dancer and actress told Kelly Clarkson on her show Thursday while the two sampled Hough's wine brand. Except this time, he wasn’t in New York City leaving for the “Live With Kelly and Ryan” studio, where he’d do “Host Chat” perched next to Kelly Ripa. Instead, he threw off the covers and leaned into a microphone at his bedside to start “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” on Los Angeles’ KIIS-FM. You see, last Friday marked his final episode of “Live,” and after six years of working six jobs at once, life as he knew it had changed. “The benefit of radio is I can do it remotely,” Seacrest says. “I will be able to jump out of bed, slip into my Uggs, make my coffee and be on the radio. And flip on ‘Live With Kelly and Mark’ in the background while I’m on air.”

Ripa told USA Today on Thursday, just after Seacrest’s big finale was taped, that his goodbye was “very, extraordinarily emotional” and the two of them would probably cry — though they vowed not to.“Like, ‘No, you’re gonna cry.’ ‘No, I’m not gonna cry. You’re gonna cry,” Ripa said. “And then we were like, ‘Nobody’s going to cry. Because if we start crying, then our parents will cry, and your sister will cry. We’re going to keep it together. We’re going to keep it professional.’”But they couldn’t even hold it together off-stage before the taping.“We were backstage waiting for Déjà (Vu Parker) to make the final announcement, and I looked at him, and we just locked eyes,” Ripa shared. “And I was like, ‘Oh my gosh! This sucks!’ And then we both started crying, and I was like, ‘No! No! We are not crying before we get out there.
