Rod Stewart's son Sean has revealed he's 'in a lot of pain' after being hit by a truck in a horror crash.
The Maggie May singer's eldest son was rushed to hospital and needed a neck brace after the terrifying collision which occurred at a red light.
The 42-year-old, who is the son of the Celtic-daft singer and his first wife Alana Collins, shared a photo from hospital in a gown and face mask as he wrote: "I got hit by a truck at a red light. Hard out here on these streets."
The entrepreneur has since issued a health update to his followers as he posted on social media for the first time since being in hospital.
In a snap posted on Sean's Instagram Story, he posed alongside his dog in bed and wrote: "Still in a lot of pain, got my best friend by my side #doggydoctor."
He also shared a similar photo to his Instagram grid, and captioned it: "My best friend always here for me @prince.polarbearlab #servicedog #polarbearlab Be back for #grownupfridaynight after rest and recovery".
The accident appears to have happened in the US, as Sean shared a photo taken in Aspen, Colorado, earlier this week.
Sir Rod and his eldest share a close relationship, but last year the pair hit the headlines when they were charged with simple battery following an alleged incident on New Year's Eve 2019 at a plush hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.
