After saying goodbye to his Iron Man roots with Avengers: Endgame, Robert Downey Jr. has stepped into the next chapter of his Hollywood career. Besides starring in the lead role in Dolittle, which was a box-office disaster, RDJ is also focused on his producing hat, along with wife Susan Downey. While Perry Mason, an HBO series starring Mathew Rhys, which has been produced by the Downeys, is out on June 21, the couple is now aligning themselves with Netflix for an upcoming series.

One of the major reasons why the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) fans were in a state of grief as Tony Stark breathed his last in Avengers: Endgame is because of what Robert Downey Jr. made of Iron Man, over a decade and more.
Mark Ruffalo was hesitant to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe as he wasn’t sure how he could make the role of The Hulk his own.
Mark Ruffalo joined Jimmy Fallon for a virtual chat on Friday’s “Tonight Show”, and revealed how Robert Downey Jr. convinced him to take on the role of the Hulk and join the Marvel Cinematic Universe in “The Avengers”.

He stated that he came very close to turning down the role of Hulk in MCU.
