The casting process has officially begun for “Vanderpump Villa,” Hulu’s upcoming reality show that will follow the staff of Lisa Vanderpump’s luxury French villa. The 10-episode unscripted series is produced by Bunim-Murray Productions and Entertainment 360. Currently, producers are searching for hospitality professionals to work under Vanderpump’s guidance. Openings include head chef, mixologist, sous chef, line cook, housekeeper, fine dining server, event coordinator, event assistant and estate manager. According the the press release, the hospitality team “will navigate every extravagant desire of their well-to-do guests in the French countryside,” and candidates should have “television-ready charisma.” They can apply now at BMPCASTING.COM/STAFF.

Naman Ramachandran The first look images from Lenny Henry’s “Three Little Birds,” executive produced by “It’s a Sin” creator Russell T Davies, have been unveiled. The series stars Rochelle Neil (“The Nevers”), Yazmin Belo (“What Just Happened”) and Saffron Coomber (“Tracey Beaker Returns”). Designed as a celebration of immigration, community and the strength of Black womanhood, the series is inspired by the stories of Henry’s mother. Set in 1957, it follows sisters Leah (Neil) and Chantrelle (Coomber) and their virtuous, bible-loving acquaintance, Hosanna (Belo), as they board a cruise ship from Jamaica bound for a new life in Britain. Once they reach they discover that life is not smooth sailing but are determined to succeed and overcome the many obstacles of integration and build a new life in Britain.

Quite the rebel in his teenage years, Martin was known for talking back to his teachers, bootlegging liquor, and boxing.  While playing the drums had always been a hobby for Dean, he wouldn't start performing until his twenties. Starting out by singing for local bands, Dean would get his big break when he started working for the Ernie McKay Orchestra.

Pat Cooper, an acerbic stand-up comedian who later had a career acting in films and TV series including Analyze This, its sequel, Seinfeld and the original Charlie’s Angels, died Tuesday at his home in Las Vegas. He was 93.

Pat Saperstein Deputy Editor Pat Cooper, the famously fast-talking and angry stand-up comedian who often appeared on Ed Sullivan and Howard Stern’s shows, died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was 93. Cooper appeared on “Seinfeld” in the Friars Club episode, playing himself. He also appeared with Robert DeNiro in the 1999 film “Analyze This” as Salvatore Masiello and reprised his role in “Analyze That.” He was a frequent guest host on the Mike Douglas Show in the 1970s, and appeared many times on the Howard Stern show throughout the 1990s and 2000s, where he was known for his cranky persona. Born Pasquale Caputo to an Italian family in Brooklyn, he started out playing local New York clubs. In 1963, he landed a spot on “The Jackie Gleason Show,” and then began performing at the Copacabana, where he opened for acts including the Four Seasons and Jimmy Roselli.

Danzig have announced details of a new US tour celebrating 35 years of their debut album.Glenn Danzig’s band will hit the road later this year to perform their 1988 self-titled debut LP in its entirety, with support coming from Behemoth, Twin Temple and Midnight.The tour begins in late Las Vegas in late August and runs through until mid-September.A social media post from the band teases that the tour will be “the Only DANZIG Shows for the foreseeable future”.Tickets for the gigs go on sale on Friday, June 2.
