Renee Zellweger is opening up about what she did during her break from acting that occurred from 2010 until 2016.
If you recall, the 53-year-old actress cut back on a lot of acting projects during that time and only appeared in just a few projects.

While speaking to the hosts on Today and promoting her new NBC series, The Thing About Pam, Renee revealed that she actually went back to school.
“I went to school and just took some time out and decided that maybe I would want to participate in a different way,” she shared, adding that she “went to UCLA for a little while to study public policy, international law. Very interesting, I am interested in politics.”
While Renee remained mum on if she’d want to pursue a career in politics or anything law related, she did admit it’s one of her favorite things to talk about.
“I’ll bore you to death at a dinner party, I really will,” she joked. “Don’t get me started.”
In another recent interview about her new show, Renee opened up about the reason she wore a body prosthetic.
