TMZ adds that they were told that Shannon fled the scene. She continued driving before parking her case in the middle of the street and exiting with her dog. They also add that their sources claim the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star pretended to be walking her dog when officers arrived on the scene.The reality star reportedly hit rock bottom and was arrested and taken to the nearby police station, where she was then booked for two misdemeanors … hit-and-run and DUI alcohol.
