The Queen is said to be hosting a lavish birthday bash for Kate Middleton and Prince William as the royal couple celebrate turning 40 within six months of each other.The Duchess of Cambridge turned 40 at the beginning of the year, while the Duke celebrates his birthday today, Tuesday 21 June.
