A sweet royal moment of Prince William appearing to try and cheer up Princess Kate has resurfaced and gone viral online.
Both the Prince and Princess of Wales attended the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth last June when the late monarch historically celebrated over 70 years on the throne just three months before she passed away.
During the host of Jubilee weekend events, the couple attended a service held at St Paul's Cathedral and at one point, Kate appeared to hold her head down while looking at the floor which caused speculation that she was upset about something.
One TikTok user uploaded the moment in a popular edited video with text on the footage which reads: “Kate doesn't seem happy…William comforts her.”
The clip then shows William turning to quietly speak with Kate which has led many to believe that the Prince of Wales was trying to sweetly cheer Kate up, the Express reports.
The TikTok user who edited the video wrote: “[William] seems so worried about how Kate felt, it’s so cute, I love them.”
The video was uploaded earlier this week and has racked in over 300,000 views as many royal watchers have rushed to the comment to gush over the "cute" moment.
One user wrote: “Aww William making sure Catherine is okay! Bless.” Another person replied: “Princess Catherine looks so scared! I felt so sorry for her, they’re so sweet.”
A third commentator added: “How can she look so gorgeous while so sad?” Someone else commented: “What’s sad is I’ve never seen her look this upset in public outside of funerals.”
