Prince Harry 'in tears' over Frogmore Cottage eviction as he's 'furious' with Charles

Prince Harry was left "absolutely furious and in tears" after being told to leave Frogmore Cottage, according to a Royal expert. The Duke of Sussex's eviction from the residence came as a shock.
It followed on from the publication of his memoir Spare, with King Charles reportedly asking Harry and Meghan Markle to vacate the property.
In march last year, it emerged that the Sussexes had been instructed to give up their home at Frogmore Cottage.
A source informed The Standard: "The Sussex's are no longer leasing Frogmore Cottage. That privilege has been removed." The insider also mentioned: "It's over for them in the UK. If they want a residence in the UK they will have to buy one privately."
By June 2023, Meghan and Harry had returned the keys, and their belongings were sent to their new base in California. Speaking to the Mirror, Tom Quinn, a Royal commentator and writer, shared insights.
He said: "Harry was absolutely furious and in tears about being evicted from Frogmore he felt his father had no right to do it and that it was purely vindictive."
Quinn further explained that Harry seemed unable to understand that stepping back from Royal duties would naturally lead to losing his Royal home, interpreting the move as a harsh snub by his father, King Charles.

Quinn remarked: "Harry took it as a cruel rejection a painful reminder of all that he felt when his father fought with his mother during their long drawn out, painful divorce."
