Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 'missed off' King Charles' Christmas tradition

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle "might not be included" in King Charles III's Christmas tradition, according to reports. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who stepped down as senior royals in 2020 and moved to the States, have rarely returned to the UK since, and have been absent from every single Christmas at Sandringham since 2018.
Christmas is usually a time for family gatherings and many fans had hoped for a Royal reunion this festive season, especially after it was revealed that Harry and Meghan "wouldn't refuse" an invite to Sandringham.
The pair have only attended once before as couple when they were engaged and since then, they've celebrated Christmas in America with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. However, after a "warm" phone call between Harry and his father for the King's birthday in November, a source told The Times: "I can't imagine the Sussexes would decline an invitation to spend time with His Majesty.
" They did however add that : "As of yet, there have not been any invitations for the holidays." A former Royal butler has also shared his thoughts on if Prince Harry and Meghan might join the Christmas gathering at Sandringham. Grant Harrold, speaking for Slingo, said: "Christmas is very much a time for the Royal Family to be together.
It's a time of caring and being there for each other." He also mentioned how important Christmas traditions are to the Royals, noting: "Prince Albert was a huge advocate for Christmas and so was the Queen. She wanted everyone there and enjoying themselves." "They've worked so hard to make Christmas an important time for the family.
