The touching moment was first shown in the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s controversial Netflix documentary and a clip of it has now resurfaced.
Harry, 38, and Meghan, 41, opened the doors to their home in Montecito, California for the tell-all docuseries - speaking candidly about life in The Firm and their decision to step back from royal duties in 2020. in the resurfaced clip, Harry is shown receiving a text message from 40 year old William, now the Prince of Wales.
The footage, filmed in the days following the Sussexes’ dramatic interview with Oprah Winfrey, shows Meghan on a call with close friend Tyler Perry when she is interrupted by Harry. The Duke passes his wife his phone and after reading the screen, Meghan simply says: “Wow.” She then says to Tyler, “H just got a text from his brother,” before ending the call.
Harry, clearly distraught, turns to Meghan and says: "I wish I knew what to do." Meghan replies: "I know, let's take a breather, get some air and then decide." She then wraps the prince in a warm embrace. A fan of the couple shared the clip on TikTok to express their love for the Sussexes after re-watching the Netflix series.
