Prince Andrew 'narrowly avoided running over a dog' at Windsor, as the pet's owner rushed to save it. The Duke of York was driving down the Long Walk on the Windsor estate in a black Range Rover when walkers frantically alerted him to the pooch that had wandered into the road.
