Pregnant Dani Dyer has celebrated footballer boyfriend Jarrod Bowen - who scored a goal in his match for West Ham against Leeds United - by sharing a pic of the couple posing on the pitch. The sweet snap showcased the mum-of-one’s growing baby bump and showed the loved up couple beaming into the camera.
