Police searching for man wanted in connection with 'rape and assault' believe he's in Scotland

Police searching for a man wanted for "a number of serious offences" believe he may be in Scotland.
Owen Buck, 23, is wanted in connection with allegations of rape, criminal damage, assault and stalking between November 2021 and January this year.
Buck is from Preston in Lancashire but has links in North Ayrshire and English cops have launched a frantic appeal for information.
He is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, of medium build with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Buck has links to Preston and Blackburn as well as Irvine, Stevenston and Dalry north of the border.
Police believe he is currently in Scotland.
Trainee Detective Constable Joe Harper, of Lancashire Police, said: “Buck is wanted for a number of serious offences.
“Our enquiries suggest he is in Scotland and I would encourage people to share our appeal.
“If you can help with our investigation, please come forward.”
