Police uncovered £100,000 in drugs, £30,000 in cash and Rolex watch in a dawn raid. Two men have been arrested in the wake of the findings.
In the early hours of the morning (November 10), Greater Manchester Police officers executed a warrant at an address in Dukinfield suspected to be linked to drugs supply. Inside, police discovered over £100,000 worth of drugs, around £30,000 cash, and a Rolex watch, said the force.
Two men, both aged 26, have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs. They remain in police custody for questioning. Detective Constable Jake Orr from GMP Tameside Challenger, the team sent into the address, said: “We have intelligence which suggests these individuals are senior members of an organised crime gang who are responsible for flooding the streets of Manchester with cocaine, heroin and cannabis.

“Drugs trade relies on exploitation and violence to operate, and we will continue to relentlessly pursue anyone involved, whilst ensuring those who are most vulnerable or at risk of exploitation get the support they need.
“Through proactive, community focused policing, we’ve been able to identify these individuals and execute these warrants today.
