A person has been rushed to hospital after a large house fire which burned for almost eight hours.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Crieff Road in Tulloch, Perth and Kinross, shortly after 8pm on Friday.
Shocking images from the scene show flames leaping from the roof of the property with thick, black smoke billowing into the sky.
Four appliances were sent by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service while officers from Police Scotland were also in attendance to help with road closures.
Crews remained at the scene until around 4.41am on Saturday when the blaze was brought under control.
At least one person was taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment but their condition is not currently known.
A SFRS spokeswoman added: “We had four breathing apparatus in use, a thermal imaging camera, two main jets and a hose reel jet were in use.
“One casualty was taken to Ninewells Hospital.”
