LOONA have made their long-awaited comeback with the new mini-album ‘Flip That’ and a title track of the same name.In the stunning new visual for ‘Flip That’, the members of LOONA enter a summery wonderland on a retro-looking train, playing gleefully in a forest clearing filled blooming flora. Elsewhere in the video, the girl group perform the song’s choreography in a pastel-toned room filled with flowers.“Stay still, follow the new light that leads me / We love the way we go / Yeah, turn it all upside down,” they sing in the dreamy pre-chorus.The ‘Flip That’ mini-album features a total of six songs, including the intro track ‘The Journey’, which was previously featured in the group’s comeback trailer.

Kang Daniel has dropped the music video for ‘Parade’, a cut from his recently released album ‘The Story’.In the new visual for ‘Parade’, which dropped yesterday (June 8), Kang assumes the role of an ordinary office worker, going through the motions of a mundane daily routine of commuting to work alongside dozens of other business people like him.He then attempts to break free of the monotony with a party at the office, decked out with balloons and streamers strewn everywhere as he and his co-workers perform the choreography to the track. “To the skies / This is our own parade / It’s too late to stop / Raise your glasses, the festival is for all of us, all of us,” he croons on the chorus.‘The Story’ was first released on May 24, and was led by the title track ‘Upside Down’. The record features 10 new tracks, all co-written by Kang, alongside contributions from labelmate K-R&B singer Chancellor, who features on the song ‘Mad’.

Demi Lovato will be back onstage this year with a new album to celebrate. The 29-year-old pop star announced the upcoming release of  on Monday, followed by news of an international tour beginning Aug. 30.    The 16-track album — out Aug. 19 -- will be Lovato's eighth release and first since coming out as non-binary in 2021.

LOONA have released a mysterious new video that seems to hint a new music from the girl group.Today (June 3), the 12-member group unveiled a cryptic trailer titled ‘The Journey’, which features lush flowers and grass growing on an empty, pastel-coloured train carriage. The clip ends with a mysterious release date of June 20 at 6pm KST.According to a report from The Herald Pop, LOONA’s new video is a teaser for the girl group’s upcoming summer special mini-album ‘Flip That’.

ITZY have announced dates and locations for their 2022 tour of the United States, in support of their upcoming mini-album ‘Checkmate’.Today (June 2), the K-pop girl group revealed on social media that they would be returning with new music in July, which will then be followed-up by their first-ever world tour. The post featured a “promotion scheduler” that details the upcoming mini-album, as well as some of the dates of the tour.The quintet are set to release a brand-new mini-album, titled ‘Checkmate’, on July 15 at 1pm KST.

Death Cab For Cutie have shared the official video for ‘Roman Candles’, the first track to be released from their upcoming tenth studio album, ‘Asphalt Meadows’.“‘Roman Candles’ is about the crippling, existential dread that goes hand in hand with living in a nervous city on a dying planet. And that the only way to be in the moment is to let it all go,” the band said of the album’s first single.Frontman Ben Gibbard added: “The lyrics were cobbled from a couple of different songs dealing with my general sense of anxiety; the feeling that the fabric that weaves a functioning society together was crumbling during the pandemic.”The video has been directed by filmmaker Lance Bangs, who is known for his work with the likes of Sonic Youth, Nirvana and Kanye West.

Thania Garcia Panic! At the Disco has debuted new music for the first time since 2018, releasing the first single from their forthcoming seventh studio album, “Viva Las Vengeance” due August 19 via Fueled by Ramen/DCD2 Records. The eponymous title track is an anthemic and upbeat kick-off to the band’s long-awaited new era.The song also received a video supplement, directed by frequent Panic collaborator Brendan Walter (“High Hopes”).In announcing the forthcoming project, the band shared that “Viva Las Vengeance” is a “cinematic musical journey about the fine line between taking advantage of your youth, seizing the day and burning out.” From the perspective of frontman/songwriter Brendon Urie, this album “[takes] an introspective look into his relationship with his decade-plus career including growing up in Las Vegas, love, and fame.” Urie recorded the album using a tape machine in Los Angeles alongside his friends and production partners, Jake Sinclair and Mike Viola (see official tracklisting below).

Cinema Speculation is due out October 25, 2022 via HarperCollins. According to a listing on the publishers website, the book is “organised around key American films from the 1970s, all of which Quentin Tarantino first saw as a young moviegoer at the time.“This book is as intellectually rigorous and insightful as it is rollicking and entertaining,” the listing continues.
