Paddy McGuinness shares what he did during National Television Award's as ex-wife Christine attended alone - and looked stunning

Paddy McGuinness shared how he spent his evening after skipping the National Television Awards. The Bolton-born TV star was nowhere to be seen as his ex-wife Christine looked stunning as she walked the red carpet ahead of the showbiz ceremony on Thursday evening (October 13).
The former couple, who announced they had separated back in July following rumours their 11-year marriage had come to an end, were nominated for an authored documentary gong at the event, which was originally supposed to take place last month but was postponed following the Queen's death.
They were nominated for their BBC One show Paddy and Christine: Our Family And Autism as they explored the condition all three of their children have been diagnosed with. They were up against stiff competition for the award and it was Kate Garraway who reicved the gong for the second year in a row.

Kate won the award last year for a programme about her family’s life after her husband, former political adviser Derek Draper, spent a year in hospital being treated for coronavirus. She secured the prize for a second time on Thursday for her follow-up programme, Caring For Derek, in which Derek and Kate shared insights into their family lives as he continued to battle long-term effects from the virus.
Ahead of the awards bash, Christine said she was "anxious" about attending the do following her split from Top Gear presenter Paddy. She said she is 'not fine' in a candid update with fans as she explained why she ahd been sepnding less time on social media.
