Sources say the package sold in the $2.5 million dollar range.

Katcy Stephan Missy Elliott is joining Universal Pictures’ untitled Pharrell Williams and Michel Gondry musical project. She joins Halle Bailey, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Oscar nominee Brian Tyree Henry and Oscar winner Da’Vine Joy Randolph in a coming-of-age musical set in Virginia Beach in the summer of 1977 and inspired by the Atlantis Apartments, located in Williams’ childhood neighborhood. Michel Gondry (“Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,” “The Science of Sleep”) is set to direct the project based on a script by Martin Hynes (“Toy Story 4,” “The Magician’s Elephant”) and Steven Levenson (“Tick, Tick…Boom,” “Fosse/Verdon”).

Clarkson's Farm returns to Amazon Prime Video next week for its third series, with Jeremy Clarkson and girlfriend Lisa Hogan getting into the swing of farming life over at Diddly Squat. Series three will see the couple try to raise pigs alongside the other animals on their land and while they're usually happy to eat the meat from their farm, they refuse to munch on one particular animal. The National have added a massive Cardiff Castle show to their summer 2024 UK and Ireland tour plans.The American quintet – comprised of Matt Berninger, Aaron Dessner, Bryce Dessner, Bryan Devendorf and Scott Devendorf – are set to perform at the iconic Wales establishment on July 3.They will be joined by special guests, New Zealand psychedelic rock band Unknown Mortal Orchestra, who will serve as the opening act for the night. Thom Yorke has shared full details of the forthcoming Confidenza soundtrack and the first taster from the record ‘Knife Edge’.In January, it was revealed that the Radiohead and The Smile frontman was composing original music for the film (which translates to “Trust”) from Italian director Daniele Luchetti, based on the book by Domenico Starnone.Now, it has been confirmed that he has worked on the soundtrack with the London Contemporary Orchestra alongside a jazz ensemble which includes The Smile and Sons Of Kemet drummer Tom Skinner.It is set to drop digitally this Friday (April 26) with a release set for vinyl and CD on July 12.
