A husband who cut his wife’s body into more than 200 pieces and two men who murdered footballer Cody Fisher in a nightclub on Boxing Day were among the notorious criminals sent to jail in the UK in April.
Other offenders locked up last month include a speeding driver who killed a couple who were standing up 'twerking' in the back of her car and a carpenter who stabbed four people with a knife and then murdered a man who intervened to protect others.
A rapist who attacked a 15-year-old girl on Bournemouth beach on a busy summer’s afternoon and a former GP who sexually assaulted three patients during consultations at his surgery will also spend several years behind bars for their crimes.
