Harry Styles has brought back a long-running inside joke with his fans in the form of the jokey ‘Banana Song’ while in Auckland, New Zealand.While performing in Auckland on Tuesday (March 7), Styles broke out ‘The Banana Song’ from his archives after seeing multiple fans donning banana suits in the crowd. He would go on to extend the song, incorporating peas and aubergines into the mix.“She’s dressed as a banana / She’s dressed as a banana / Aye, aye aye,” Styles sang while increasing the count of banana suits in the crowd.

By the looks of it, the shirt came from the band’s 2012 Up All Night Tour, where they performed classics like What Makes You Beautiful, Gotta Be You, Moments and One Thing.The As it Was singer completed his gym ensemble with navy blue shorts and orange trainers as he was surrounded by various pieces of gym equipment.

It is set to drop on March 31 via Reprise.The 10-track album, which contains songs written by all four members, began life as a pandemic project for the members of Crazy Horse. Young was brought on board later, his sole writing credit being a live solo version of ‘Song Of The Seasons’, from the 2021 Crazy Horse album ‘Barn’, which came together concurrently with this project.The other members of Crazy Horse wrote three songs each with different musicians for the project.The quartet have also shared the first taste of the album in the form of the Lofgren-written song ‘You Will Never Know’.
