Additionally, she asked that Pacino pay for her legal fees and any other court-related costs.Included in Alfallah’s petition — which is reportedly common for unmarried couples who have children — was a Voluntary Declaration of Parentage (VDOP), which was signed by the couple six days prior to the birth of their son recognizing Pacino as the child’s biological father. According to the California Court system, the VDOP is a “government form two parents can sign to create a legal parent-child relationship between a child and parent.” Despite the filing, the couple are still together.
