We have some truly massive singles dropping this Friday. First off, Sam Smith makes their confident return with Love Me More - produced by frequent collaborators Stargate (Too Good At Goodbyes, Dancing With A Stranger) it finds Sam back on top form on a mid-tempo ballad all about the pain of accepting your own flaws.
And next, Ava Max makes a raucous start to her sophomore album era with the release of Maybe You're The Problem. The follow-up to Top 20 hit The Motto with Tiesto, Ava is not letting that new cherry-red hair dye go to waste. It sounds like she stuck The Weeknd's Blinding Lights, Natalia Kills' Problem and Grimes' Oblivion into a blender to see what would happen. The results? Rather amazing, if you ask us.
Justin Bieber is treating us to not one but two singles this week. He's issued solo cut I Feel Funny, as well as recruiting US rapper Don Toliver for big budget banger Honest.
There's also new singles this week from Abby Roberts (Cigarette Burns), Psy ft Suga (That That) and SVN, aka the original cast of the West End musical Six who apparently quite fancied becoming big pop girls (Woman).
Albums-wise, slinky R&B chameleon Kehlani delivers her most pleasant and stream-lined record yet with Blue Water Road, we recommend the Bieber collaboration Up All Night or the awe-inspiring Altar.
Hot on the heels of Electra Heart's 10th anniversary, Marina (and the Diamonds) has re-issued her second album in a special Platinum Blonde Edition which includes two songs - E.V.O.L and the title track - originally written

NEW YORK -- Something was missing Monday when Fox announced its plans for the fall television season — a schedule.Fox Entertainment CEO Charles Collier said that the network was trying a “new approach” and giving equal weight to its Tubi streaming service by not outlining where its shows will air in the fall.Presenting a new schedule to advertisers in May has long been a tradition for television networks, revealing what new shows are coming, what old shows are departing and when they will air during the week and year.Yet while fixed schedules remain, they are in many ways becoming obsolete for viewers, who are becoming accustomed to deciding themselves when they want to watch or stream programs.Asked about that on Monday, Collier did not say that was part of Fox's reasoning. By not announcing a schedule Monday, the kickoff to the week where broadcast networks unveil their plans in flashy New York presentations, Fox has the flexibility to adjust its schedule depending upon what its competitors do.The change might also reflect the fact that Fox has not yet nailed down agreements with producers of the dramas “911” and “The Resident,” two programs the network expects will be on its fall schedule.“We're in good faith negotiations,” Collier said.
