And, even better, you don't need the skills of a professional chef in order to make one! So from, classic pairings to slightly unusual 'mash ups', here are three smoothie bowls that are sure to bring a smile to your morning... Strawberry and banana Serves 2 Ingredients 3 bananas 500g frozen strawberries A splash of almond milk For the topping Almond flakes chia seeds Frozen raspberries Frozen blueberries Dark chocolate, shaved Fresh mint leaves Method Blitz the bananas and strawberries in a high-speed blender. Add a splash of almond milk to loosen the mixture to your consistency preference.
Pour into bowls. Presentation is key. Scatter almond flakes along the side of the bowl, followed by a line of chia seeds, and then go for it with your frozen berries.
