Valentine’s Day My dad and his girlfriend had the twins for a bit on Valentine’s Day. My dad’s partner is so lovely, she text me last week saying that she and my dad weren’t doing anything so offered to have the twins so Luke and I could go and do something. It was so nice.
We went to this nice café for some brunch and it was lovely. Luke called me a cheap date because the whole thing only cost £40, but I really enjoyed it. It was ‘us’ time.
We went for a nice long walk afterwards and we were only gone for two hours and it was nice. The babies slept for my dad and his girlfriend anyway. It was nice to be on our own. Luke’s doing the London Marathon for a special cause No one really knows this, but Luke was fostered and he’s running the marathon for Action For Children, which is a foster children’s charity.
