Murder probe cops issue first picture of 'lovely' mum killed outside her home

Police investigating the death of a woman outside her own home have released the first image of the deceased mum. Chintzia McIntyre, 48, was found dead after what police said was a "serious assault".
Cheshire Police launched a murder investigation after the death on Monday (August 29). Chintzia was pronounced dead at the scene after police, paramedics and an air ambulance were called to Phoenix Place in Warrington at around 9.40am.
Neighbours of the dead mum were shocked by the news of her death and have described her as a "lovely" woman. A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with her murder, reports the Liverpool Echo.

The teen appeared at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Thursday (August 31) morning before the case was referred to Liverpool Crown Court. Appearing via video link to HMP Wetherby wearing a grey prison-issue jumper, he spoke only to confirm his name and was not asked to enter a plea.
A trial, scheduled to last five days, was set for January 29 next year. The Honorary Recorder of Liverpool Judge Andrew Menary KC remanded the youth into custody ahead of a further hearing on November 17.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson on Thursday said: "Detectives investigating the death of a woman in Warrington have charged a 17-year-old boy. The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested on Tuesday, August 29, and has since been charged with murder.
