Molly-Mae Hague has candidly opened up on a painful condition that left her feeling 'frustrated' during her recent ski holiday. The former Love Island star was recently on a lavish trip to France.
The mum-of-one enjoyed a winter break at the ski resort of Courchevel alongside her fiancé Tommy Fury and daughter Bambi. The family were also joined by some close pals who were all flown across on a private jet.
Molly-Mae explained in her latest video blog from her trip that she was getting 'frustrated' during the trip due to her feet having collapsed arches. She says the condition leaves her in a lot of pain according to Wales Online.
"The only really frustrating thing about my skiing is that because I have collapsed arches in my feet," she said. "I've got completely flat feet, I'm talking slabs of meat, there is not an arch at any point of my foot whatsoever.
"I find that my feet hurt so much when I ski because of my collapsed arches. I don't know what it is but next time I come away I am definitely going to get some ski boots made for my feet because, honestly, I feel like I would ski so much better if I wasn't in so much pain."
All individuals have different foot arches, with around one in four people having flat foot in the UK according to the NHS. It also known as 'fallen arches' and usually nothing to be concerned about as its fairly common.
It means that someone's feet press flat onto the ground rather than having a slight curve on the sole of their foot. Most children have flat feet until around the age of six.
