Mollie King is cycling 500km in just five days in aid of Red Nose Day 2024. The former singer, 36, had never ridden a bike on the road before - but she hasn't let that put her off the challenge.
The BBC Radio 1 presenter, who is engaged to cricketer Stuart Broad, tragically lost her dad Steve in 2022, just weeks after she'd welcomed her first child, Annabella. But Mollie has spoken out about how her late father is 'pushing' her along on her Red Nose Day challenge.
The star is cycling 500km from London to Hull - her late dad's hometown. Ahead of her cycle from Burton-on-Trent to Salford Quays on Wednesday (March 13), she shared: “Throughout the day, I have been tuning into my dad’s voice in my head. I know he would be saying: 'Go on Mol, you can do this!' And that’s really helping me push forwards.

"I’ve been checking in with Stuart every day and his support is helping to spur me on and take on the next day of the challenge. The crowds along the way have been phenomenal. The cheering, beeping and waving is giving me such an energy boost – thank you to everyone who is donating and supporting me along the way.”
