Michelle Keegan's newest drama on Netflix, Fool Me Once, is taking viewers by storm. And today the 36 year old was spotted leaving BBC Radio 2 studios, where she was on air with with Breakfast host Nicki Chapman to promote the show.
Michelle, who is known for her iconic roles on Coronation Street and Our Girl, wore a navy blue tweed skirt with a matching jacket, paired her looked with an oversized coat, silver heels and black leather gloves. She also opted for sleek hair and paired-back make up to complete her stylish look.
Fool Me Once, based on Harlan Coben's novel of the same name, is an eight part thriller and stars Richard Armitage, Joanna Lumley and Adeel Akhtar. It follows Maya Stern (played by Michelle) who is trying to come to terms with the brutal murder of her husband, Joe (Richard).
However, when Maya installs a nanny-cam to keep an eye on her young daughter, she is shocked to see her husband in her house. In fact, the new series is so gripping that Michelle, who is married to former The Only Way Is Essex star Mark Wright, is even skipping sleep to catch up on it.
In her BBC 2 interview, the star admitted she "started watching the show last night" and didn't get to sleep "until 4am" because of the "adrenaline" of it.
Then when Michelle was asked if she thought the show, which came out on Monday, was one for people to 'binge', she agreed.
The actress said, "It is.
That's what a lot of messages that I've had say. Most people are bingeing it or they've already watched it." Michelle also revealed that she'd read the book before accepting the role to ensure that she knew the story.
The brunette admitted that she loved it so much that she finished it in two days and just 'couldn't put it down'.
